THE BRIEF
Many workers in Jakarta commute from the outer rings of Jakarta (Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi) in to Jakarta using multiple forms of public transport.
We are going to help these commuters to find the best route of public transports they can take to travers Jakarta and the surrounding city in a timely manner, by suggesting a series of public transports and the options available.
USER RESEARCH
Many workers commute from the outer rings of Jakarta (Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi) to Jakarta
Many of these commuters uses multiple platform of transport, such as motorcycle to nearest bus or train station, followed by a series of shuttle or similar form of transport
- Only those who traveled the same route over and over again gain confidence in picking their form of transport

Using the interview method for research will provide us with the kind of insight that we may need from commuters who have travers these routes and understand their choice of public transport.

PERSONA
Andre Bastian is a 25 years old man working as Account Executive in XYZ Corporation that is located in Kebayoran, South Jakarta. He spends majority of his time meeting clients in various location. Every night, Andre has to plan for his trip to meeting venues for the day after. He needs to decide what time he should leave home, which routes he has to take, what transportation modes he has to take and how much he must spend for transportation. Complexity comes when he needs to meet client in the location which he is not familiar and hard to reach. He should then do some research on which one is the best route for him.

In her third year of studying Computer Science in Universitas Indonesia, but realized that coding is not something she's really into. Been working in projects and internships as UI/UX Designer and Illustrator.
